His practice has also included the representation of NFL players, coaches, front office, and executive management in the negotiation of contracts. Additionally, Harry has counseled physicians and physicians\u2019 practices in the negotiation of employment agreements, real estate transactions and lease agreements.<\/p>\n

Upon graduation, he was awarded a full academic scholarship to Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he earned his J.D., cum laude in 1968. During his time in law school, he was an editor for the Villanova Law Review, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He enjoys an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell; has been recognized as a Preeminent Lawyer in the fields of Estate, Probate, Real Estate and Entertainment law for 25 years. He has served as a federal arbitrator and mediator for the Eastern Federal District Court of Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n
