Stephen has extensive experience in the areas of estate and tax planning and trust and estate administration including corporate and real estate matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His clients include high net worth individuals, with a special emphasis on those in the sport industry, financial institutions, closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, Mr. Frishberg has planned and administered estates and trusts of varying values and degrees of complexity for his entire career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also advises on business entity creation, drafts marital agreements and assists clients on real estate matters.
