In an effort to slow the spread of COVID-19, Governor Wolf ordered that all \u201cnon-life sustaining businesses\u201d in Pennsylvania to close their physical locations at 8 p.m. Thursday, March 19th or risk law enforcement action. Enforcement will begin 12:01 a.m. Saturday, March 21st. Failure to comply with the Governor\u2019s order could result in citations, fines, or license suspensions. This prohibition applies to physical operations (on-site operations) only, and \u201cnon-life sustaining businesses\u201d can continue work through virtual or telework operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
